The hotel is a good location, cooperative staff and well maintained rooms.The food was also good.we have travel with friends full enjoyed of live snow fall and we visited kalatop and lakkarmandi wonderful snow valley view from there.we wanted go to khajjiar but road was closed due to snow fall.otherwise everything was good we enjoyed this trip,I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Dalhousie is a typical hill Station so hotels generally at higher level or lower level from Road so one may have to climb up and down 50 or even 80 steps hot at this hotel along with few others As it is situated at same level As Road. Lift availability is another luxury. Food is good. A big open terrace is excellent place to enjoy evening tea or watching colorful sunset. Location is also ideal As it is close to Subhash chowk and one can walk up to Gandhi Chowk.

The hotel is very good. Beautiful rooms. The interiors of the room are also beautiful. Very neat and clean rooms. Washrooms are also very cleaned. Maintenance of the hotel is very good. The hotel is in the prime location between Subhash chowk and Gandhi chowk. Room service is also very quick. Very good room service. Food is very delicious. I rate this hotel five out of five. They provide an electric kettle also with a tea and coffee kit which usually other hotels do not provide. A small refrigerator is also there in the room.

The hotel has spacious rooms and they are very neat and tidy. The staff is really well behaved and soft spoken. I’m delighted to see their hospitality. The washrooms are clean and have proper toiletries. Highly recommended for family as well as solo travelers. It’s very safe for families as they have proper security cameras installed.

Great hotel with great experience . Location is perfect. Food is very good . All the staff were very sincere and polite especially Mr. Shyam . He is a great person and always ready to help anytime. I stayed in this hotel with my wife and three year old child . My child suddenly caught high fever . He asked us we have medicine for treatment of child, if not he will arrange the doctor for us. He told us that he is available here whole night for arrangement of doctor and medicine incase of any emergency. Just make a call to him. I really appreciate Mr. Shaym caring behavior .

Very good experience at AS Clarks inn.All staff members including receptionist were very cooperative n caring especially Mr.Sham &Mr.Sunny.Quality of food was very good &served timely.At walking distance from Mall Road????????????

A very wonderful stay room were good though Small I stayed here from 12 June 2019 to 16 June 2019 staff of hotel was very good and a special thank to the staff guy named Shyam he made our stay awesome and memorable through his service everything was perfect

Amazing, the guys at the reception were very helpful. As they say customer satisfaction is our motto, they totally follow this. Nice room with a good view, ample parking available. Good sumptuous breakfast. Having lift is an added advantage to senior citizens like my mom. Had a wonderful time, even the early check out at 6 am was pretty smooth. Highly recommended, keep up the good work guys.
